Pilgrimage in the Footsteps of Jesus: Lenten Bible Study

We are very excited to offer a new approach to a Lenten Bible Study this year! Using the Threshold Bible Study book, Pilgrimage in the Footsteps of Jesus, parishioners will begin a guided pilgrimage through the many sacred places in the Holy Land associated with the life of Jesus.  Because Jesus entered our world in the human condition, our faith has deep roots in the physical places where he was born, walked and talked, laughed and wept, where he suffered, died, and rose again. This contemplative study with prayer and reflection uses Sacred Scripture.  We will begin with the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth.  Thirty different sites will be visited making this pilgrimage an intriguing offering.

Plan now to join others for our first session on Wednesday, February 7, from 7:00 until 8:30 p.m. We will gather downstairs in Lower Level Room 3 in the Church.  Come meet those who will also be making the journey, learn the difference between a tourist and a pilgrim, and find out what you will need to pack for the journey.  Please bring the book, Pilgrimage in the Footsteps of Jesus.  Books can be purchased in our Marian Gift Shop or online at www.Amazon.com.

You can sign up for the Lenten Bible Study in the Marian Gift Shop or by contacting Annette Ramos in the Parish Office at either 614-882-2109 or aramos@stpacc.org.
