Pastor’s Message

Thank you for your interest in the St. Paul Come Home for Christmas programIf you have been away from the practice of your faith and wish to reconnect this may be just right for you.  The program consists of a Team of parishioners who have reconnected with their Catholic Roots.  They are ready to listen to your story and extend a hand of reconciliation in Christ’s name.  Many in the Church have left for various reasons such as a hurt, anger, drifting away, not seeing a need for Church and/or divorced and remarried.

I realize how a negative experience can impact one’s relationship with the Church and even God.  If this is part of your story, I would like to apologize on behalf of the Church for the ways in which you experienced hurt.  I am hopeful that the Come Home for Christmas will be an avenue for healing and bring you closer to God’s infinite love.

All the priests, deacons and lay ministers stand ready to help you in reconnecting to the Catholic Church.  You have my assurance that you will be warmly welcomed and treated in a way that is truthful, kind and non-judgmental.  The program is free.  All are welcome.

Lastly, be assured of our prayerful support and remember that God’s love knows no boundaries.
