Getting Involved

As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God’s varied grace.   1 Peter 4:10

We are a stewardship parish and embrace this theology of ministry wholeheartedly. Each of us is called to follow Jesus and imitate his way of life. We have not only a right but also a serious responsibility to discern our God-given gifts and to use them generously for the good of the entire community. This right and responsibility comes to us by virtue of our Baptism and not exclusively by virtue of ordination.

St. Paul’s is a vibrant and active parish because our members respond generously to God’s call to give of their time, talent, and treasure.

Stewardship of Time

  • Time spent in prayer and worship
  • Time reserved especially for God
  • Time set aside for adoration, praise, thanksgiving, and petition

Stewardship of Talent

  • Using one’s unique, God-given, talents to serve Him
  • Pray to realize all gifts of talent with gratitude
  • Apply all talents to serve God

Stewardship of Treasure

  • Financial giving from the heart
  • A faith response to all the blessings God has bestowed on us
  • Give as much as you can, as often as possible, to build the body of Christ
  • Consider giving your gifts online using your debit, credit card, checking, or savings account via WeShare.  Click here for our WeShare Online Giving Form.

Please prayerfully discern how you can serve…
Below is a list of some of the many ministries within the parish.  While the volunteer opportunities are many, we are open to beginning new programs as needed.
