Baptisms

BAPTISM

“Through baptism men and women are incorporated into Christ. They are formed into God’s people, and they obtain forgiveness of all their sins. They are raised from their natural human condition to the dignity of adopted children. They become a new creation through water and the Holy Spirit. Hence they are called, and are indeed, the children of God.”                 Romans 8:15; Galatians 4

Baptisms: For those families wishing to have their child baptized during this time of physical distancing, we can arrange a small private baptism following the 12:00 noon Sunday Mass.  For more information, please contact Annette Ramos in the Parish Office at aramos@stpacc.org.

Parents wishing to have their child baptized must be registered in the parish and are required to complete a pre-Baptism Workshop. The workshop is held on the first Sunday of each month at 1:30 pm via Zoom. To register for the workshop, please e-mail Deacon Joe Ciaciura at jciaciura@insight.rr.com.  Godparents are highly encouraged to attend the workshop as well.

Older Children are incorporated into the Parish School of Religion, under the guidance of the Director of Religious Education. Adults attend the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) process by which they are both instructed and formed in the faith.
