These are necessary and vital ministries of our parish. Prayerful and serious consideration should be given before a commitment of your time and talent is made. To participate, you must be a practicing and registered Catholic. Training sessions are held at various times during the year.
Altar Servers assist the Priest at Masses. Boys or girls interested in serving must be in the sixth grade or older. Baptized adult parishioners are eligible to serve as well. For more information, please call the Parish Office at 614.882.2109.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assist in the serving of Holy Communion under both species at Mass. Additionally, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion take the Eucharist to Catholics in the retirement centers, nursing homes and private homes. Those who volunteer to serve as Cleaners are given the necessary supplies immediately after Mass to clean the pews while our custodial staff focuses on doors, touch points and restrooms to create a clean and safe church for our parishioners.
